    • For other shows or locations any extra costs for online sales will be clearly displayed before you checkout

Who Are TicketSource?

Credit & Debit card online sales and bank processing  is secure and highly regulated.  Your purchase is safe and secure and your bank card details are not held by CDS.

Discretionary Refunds

  • When a ticket cannot be used CDS will in some circumstances will cancel and refund a ticket purchase before the show.
    • This is on a case by case basis and is at the discretion of CDS.
  • If CDS makes a discretionary refund of an online ticket purchase then that refund will not include any online booking fees, whether paid by the customer or by CDS.
    • CDS does not keep these – they are the cost of using the TicketSource service.
  • Online play sales refunds are therefore subject to deduction of the TicketSource booking fees paid by CDS (currently 7% for most plays) but up to 10% in some circumstances.
  • Where booking fees have been paid direct by the customer they are not refundable for discretionary refunds.
  • In either case, exchanges of tickets (where possible) do not incur any extra costs where the total cost is identical.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you wish to exchange or modify a booking we will endeavour to accommodate the change.

Please contact the Box Office at [email protected] or send them a voicemail via the CDS answerphone on 01444 848156

Please include your booking reference (the first part of the ticket number) if you know it, or the seat numbers and performance.

Member Priority Booking

  • We have tried discount schemes for members, but with CDS membership prices so very reasonable we now offer members earlier booking – usually for one week before the general public.
